The location was marvellous for Bickenhill, really close to the main resturant and station and airport. Furthermore, to travel to city centre. The room was needed the bathroom repainted and available with great veiw.

The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and there is plenty of room, plus there's air conditioning and an iron available in the room; the continental breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of options.

I was really pleased with my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was only a 5-minute walk from the entrance to the NEC. The parking was also plentiful, which was a relief as we had 2 cars. The lobby, bar, and restaurant were all beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool and gym were a great addition. The large fluffy towels in our room were a nice touch, and the parking was easy and affordable.

The only downside was the room itself. It was quite tired-looking, with peeling wallpaper and outdated furnishings.

We did experience some noise disturbance in the morning due to housekeeping knocking on the door early and interrupting our sleep.

As foreign tourists, we loved the vegan sausages and fruit smoothies offered at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond by surprising us with a free cocktail each for my birthday and leaving a beautiful vegan cake in our room. The level of service was exceptional, with a waitress named Farah even writing a heartfelt birthday blessing on a napkin. The staff were all professional and the pool and view from our room were perfect. The location was convenient for attending a concert at the Genting Arena, only a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel was close to Birmingham airport, train station, and NEC, making it convenient for travelers.

We felt like VIPs during our stay, with no reason to complain.

Hard to think of anything negative. Rooms were a bit dull compared to the reception area and the TV was not up to par.
